I have a Red/White Rival Ice-O-Mat Vogue model that belonged to my Great Grandparents. I think it looks cool in my kitchen and looks and works great. I use it frequently when making alcoholic beverages for myself and friends. Its a great conversation piece...especially now that I have researched it a bit.

Im 23 and while they were taring the old place down me and a couple of my friends snuck past the security to get in its almost like ppl just up and left the place chairs still upright and beds with sheets well we were drinking and decided to investigate we were going twards the clock tower when we her a scream and then like walking like someone was following us up the stairs my friend started freaking out we ran back down the steps and kicked a board out the first floor window and never looked back it fucked me up for a long time

Great photo and thanks for the informative video. Once the man releases the lock on the slag ladles, it seems there is a delay (he is seen walking away) and then the ladles tip. Are they radio controlled perhaps? If not, what starts them tipping over?

The Riverdale Hotel has been demolished since 1969-1970, it was the quarters for the Athletic staff in 1969. Railroad flat type rooms. Each room housed 4 beds some were bunk beds. What memories.
