So many riots has happened at this prison through out the years. Like in 1983, a riot happened that injured 8 guards. A Muslim riot happened here in 1962 A terrible riot happened in 1974, it was sooo bad, that inmates took people hostage. Fires also happened here in 1983, and 1986. The fires in 1986 were sooo bad according to the news article. It damaged 14 buildings, it also destroyed 5 of them. I mean wow this prison has a huge history. Probably more then what I have been saying on here.

Those are all over the place where I work. I was tasked with testing them when I was in Occupational Health. They put out a surprising amount of water.

That building looks like it has been caught on fire. Because back in 1989 3 buildings were caught on fire here. The fire was started by some convicts. The tragedy left 2 inmates injured.

This place has lots of history. Lots of riots that occured here at this prison, in the past, well from what I am researching.

They did release the hostages though.

I read on google news archives that in 1974, Some inmates took some hostages here. You can read about it here.
