Abby, Motts is one awesome & very cool person who brings us all such wonderful images to look at & enjoy, plus to comment on as well. I am sure everyone here would love to go on trips with him, just to see him in action.

Its man made I live next to yhid just in recent years some people put fish in it now there are small catfish frogs minnows

One of the clients I cared for was badly burned in one of their tubs and is all scarred from the waist down. So sad how the clients were treated (and some molested) there...

I used to care for some former clients of this institution but in a group home last year. I floated to a group home on Dever grounds last June and got the tour of a few of the buildings. The place is creepier than the home I worked in.

Question for the resident comment-leavers who've worked on/with this stuff - if you saw that needle pegged so hard it was bending, would it be time for emergency shutdowns, venting pressure, or just plain running away as fast as you could go?

Seriously, what would likely be the problem in that scenario and WTF would you do?

@ Modmadmike - that is the exact reason for modern "lockout/tagout". Some idiot comes by and goes "hey, why isn't X running?" or "hey, who turned that off?". Honest mistakes, but tell that to the wife of the guy who had to be washed off the machine and buried in a plastic bag.

And THEN you have the real prizes who will look at a tag labelled "do not use!" (or similar) and flip the breaker anyway! They are the reason for the "lockout" part of the equation.

You wouldn't need a warning sign to make me keep my hands in my pockets around THOSE gears!

@ E - what was the purpose of using heating oil in the first place as opposed to some other fraction of oil?
