The state of this place now is pretty shocking, pikeys & chavs have pretty much stripped the place of metal lead and copper wiring.The roofs have collapsed and floors below rotted due to rain ingress over the years.If you plan on exploring take care where you tread.

had a ride over there today , only live in chorley so not to far away. seems to be pretty well fenced off now although if I didn't have the wife with me I expect id have found a way in. Didn't see any guards at any point just other people walking the paths around the fencing.
