Nah, when blood dries it gets a really dark red/brown/blackish color. These are most likely rust stains.

ya freaky....my mom actually used to work at Pennhurst when she was about 18 years. After hearing all the stories about her incounter with people there i was freaked out. i actually found out that she even got abused by the patients there.

We had showers like this in my old highschool. It was built in the 50's so it wouldn't surprise me that they just used cheap standard showers for highschools and asylums.
