Yep they are all digital... the stuff in the foreground is kind of blown out, so it was a compensation between getting that and the light from behind the boarded door; I should've really bracketed this shot.

The doorways just led to a hallway that followed the circumference of the room, with smaller rooms branching off from there. The debris on the floor is shredded paper, and yes the tables stacked up on each other is very odd. There are four small chandeliers rather than just one large one.

It reads "Memorial Hospital", the real name has been edited out... I think it was a fake fireplace, by the way!
