yea the land deal fell through- it was to much money, so the Kings Park Buildings are safe for a while longer- till the next big deal comes along.
its a shame- been there many times, and the buildings are in amazing shape- they could probably be cleaned up and used again, instead of ripping historic buildings down.

the only other time ive seen one of these not in use was at the met state hospital which has been torn down as of earlyer this year but the ctg unit which houses the cafateria and most of the wards is still standing and i believe it was in the records room directly under teh kitchen.
