PB, You are going to need a trophy room! LOL
PB,
You can win that prize. I think I'll pass. LOL
BritChick, Ever been to Blackpool? I bought some things in a shop like this there. Maybe that is why you feel the nostalgic feel too.
Dixmont is on fire again! It just came over the news. They say it is nearly contained but that it was a 2 alarm fire.
Oh, I could. A place like that would really impress me for a first date. Not the same old boring thing everyone else does anyway.
Judderman,
You definately have the bird flu if you end up with a whole porta-pottie on the windshield.

Lynne,
Of course you can. Glad you enjoyed it.
That's how you know you have the bird flu. You have the sudden urge to poop on a windshield.
That's just the squirrels.
Thank you for this wonderful gallery. Abandoned amusement parks is were my obsession originally started. (when I stumbled across abandoned "Storyland" while on vacation) I absolutely loved this gallery. Some of the circa '20's rides are still in operation in Kennywood Park near Pittsburgh and at Blackpool Amusements in Blackpool, England. I love both of those parks.
I love the way the light falls in this picture.
Actually here I think they look like the "cooties" in the Cooties game.
Eastern State Penitentiary is open to the public. http://www.easternstate.com/

However, children under the age of 7 are not admitted.
That is what an autoclave does.
I'm just full of a lot of bull. Actually I got hired where I work because, as my boss put it, "You can bs with the best of them."

To my way of thinking though, a "nutrition delivery systems analyst" might have to check the working order of the "vertical nutrition propulsion system".
This is just so beautiful.
