I almost fell through a floor in one area, The cieling over the night club is barely holding together. The fire in one building hasn't helped. It hsa been exposed to the elements with no maint. for just about 10 years. the cieiling over the kitchen has caved in.

The borscht belt resorts closed for many reasons, Failure to upgrade, Over zealous upgrades, The owners descendents not wanting to continue in the buisness. Jewish resorts fading away as the cultures blended and old predjudices died out. Cheaper vacations farther away, The list goes on and on

I work on pianos. Sadly, that one looks to be beyond reasonable repair. The hammers have been removed, and the fact that some keys are stuck down and ivories falling off are a good indication that there is moisture damage.
