I am so jealous that you got there before it got demolished. The only two buildings remaining there are the Palladium and the Chowder Shack. Another cool place you should check out is Rocky Beach. There are a ton of abandoned beach houses that people were forced to leave when the land went bankrupt. All of the houses are still there.

I live maybe 30 to 40 minutes away from The Ladd School. Friends of mine have been there and they say it's super scary. But I really want to visit here this coming spring. It's cool that this is so close to my house. I live in East Providence, RI.
