The sad/disturbing thing is Posey still manufactures these jackets today!! How far have we really come one may ponder?

Just have to say thank you for capturing Norwich State forever before it is only a memory. I had always wanted to go but never had the chance. I dribe by it on a weekly basis and seeing it slowly disappear is heartbreaking. You are keeping it alive :-) major kudos

I am so jealous that you got there before it got demolished. The only two buildings remaining there are the Palladium and the Chowder Shack. Another cool place you should check out is Rocky Beach. There are a ton of abandoned beach houses that people were forced to leave when the land went bankrupt. All of the houses are still there.

So haunting, yet so beautiful.

Binky you're right, we have one in the outside closet where I work now. The yellow is the blower and it inflates the red and yellow thing on the floor :) Kudos!!

I live maybe 30 to 40 minutes away from The Ladd School. Friends of mine have been there and they say it's super scary. But I really want to visit here this coming spring. It's cool that this is so close to my house. I live in East Providence, RI.

for the longest time i was convinced there was someone in the hallway. i'm slightly disappointed that there isn't. but it's still an awesome shot.
