I see the face in the top window but not the others.

The barrel and the piece of wood sitting on it looks like some one was trying to make a home-made catapult.

I noticed the pentagram on the boarded up entrance.

It looks like a soap dispencer would have been up by the sink.

From a patient's view from his room door window,those exit signs most realy make them mad.
