Is it just me, or does it look like some sort of multilegged mechanical beastie is rising up in the foreground?

Having family who lived in the town and worked at Kings Park I can say that the place was a lot more frightening when it was open and the patients peered out the windows at you.

It kinda reminds me of a jury box in a courtroom, especially with all that marble.
