What do the words on top mean?

For a building abandoned for 9 years, it was in amazing condition.

The original glass should have been kept.

It must have been a stunning building when it was in use.

I hope they don't tear this building down. The brickwork is beautiful.

This room has definitely seen better days.

It's a shame how some old buildings are left to rot rather than be turned into something else.
