It seems like between the toilets (look two or three tiles in front of the toilets, and half way between every two toilets) theres sort of holes in the tiles... maybe where stalls were anchored. (Look near the bottom right of the picture lol)

I know its a poor explanation but its not easy to explain. Hahaha.
