How much would it suck, first of all to be in jail, but secondly to have a big EXIT sign painted right outside your window...not a nice view....great shot though

The photo has an angle that kind of makes you uncomfortable, like when a character in a movie has a facial feature thats just a little too big i.e their mouth....uncomfortable to look at

Thanks for that Motts...another great gallery. Is it just me or does this particular hospital seem like one of the more "caring" ones?...i understand that all the hospitals and clinics photographed here are caring in their own special way but this one seems a bit more homely. Any one else agree?...great gallery

great photo. there are so many shots (this one included) that just look like the "inhabitants" have just Poof! disappeared and anything they were doing or holding has just dropped to the floor, very creepy but very beautiful

Apart from the peeling paint, this shot looks like it could be split right down the middle. On the left: Dixmont Hospital 10 years after closing, on the Right: Dixmont hospital 20 years after closing

The debris on the ground makes it look like this just happened...maybe it's still lurking somewhere.
