Tony Fedele was a man who owned this entire comlex from 1979-1986. He removed many original artifacts and destroyed some parts of the building. He couldn't afford the place so they kicked him out.

"Them pipes out the top" were exhaust pipes to remove the heat & smoke produced by the burning of the arc rods. There was a postive rod & negative rod & the diameters were slightly different. Worked like an arc welder & the light was even brighter. Those were the good old days of the 50's

It is the full sized, old fashioned cart. For some wheel bearings we needed, I actually had to go in the terminal's sub basement and search through some old work rooms with hardware. Luckilly no water got to it, and they fit perfect.
