Does anyone know how high the flood waters were on this building? The first floor was above ground, we see that from the steps in the front of the building. But I keep asking myself, why so much debris, 10 years isn't that much unless somehow the roof caved, but Motts didn't say such. So, the floods must have caused a lot of it and I guess I didn't realize they got that high.
