Did this school have a gym?

Very wide proscenium arch, but strangely shallow stage area.

This is such a great location. Did you have to get permission to enter? Looking to shoot a short digital piece, and was wondering if you would have any info on the location and/or a contact for it? I can be reached at ana.stan@complex.com

Thank you!

It wasn't too bad except for the heating - old-a$$ steam radiators that worked half the time you wanted them to and half the time you DIDN'T want them to.

Looks like it, but I'm not sure if it's the toxic kind (stachybotrys chartarum)

It doesn't seem like this room was flooded. By debris, do you mean the peeling paint? This usually happens in abandoned buildings, as the unconditioned air causes it to peel off at various rates, depending on the surface, temperature and humidity.

Looks like something was torn out, probably light fixtures, by salvagers or scrappers.

Is that black mold on the upper walls?

separate doors for out an in? Awesome. The vines on the wall were a very nice touch! This building has me saying "wow" over and over. Thank you Motts!

Does anyone know how high the flood waters were on this building? The first floor was above ground, we see that from the steps in the front of the building. But I keep asking myself, why so much debris, 10 years isn't that much unless somehow the roof caved, but Motts didn't say such. So, the floods must have caused a lot of it and I guess I didn't realize they got that high.

This is nothing like the school I went to! Mirrors in someplace but a bathroom? So far it's a beautiful find! Thank you!
