Timing it Right

Located on the busy intersection of Broad St. and Tulane, there always seemed to be throngs of people passing by this old school. We found an open window, but upon approaching we could hear guys moving stuff around, talking, etc; most likely scrappers. I'd much rather explore a building with no one in it, especially with only one exit. On the third try, the halls beyond the smashed window emitted no odd sounds, so we snuck in and checked the place out quickly before they got back to work hacking at the place. I expected a very trashed and gutted building with all the activity that seemed to be around, but it was actually quite intact and very impressive in places!
