There's nothing 'photoshopped' about it! The 'floating' as you put it is because the wheels are well up inside those huge legs. Some traction beds will actually retract the wheels so that it sits firmly in the floor (this one the feet get cranked down). As for the lighting in the room, you're forgetting that this isn't direct light! Photoshopped indeed! Hey, you know they faked the moon landing right, you can tell by the light and shadows ;)

Thanks Henry L!! working 14 hours a day 6 days a week doesnt leave a lot of time for much else. Plus you learn lot more from talking (Typing in this case) to people than just watching TV or reading a book.
