OMG - there is something about missing, rotting, holey floors that fascinates me, I wish I knew why -

The shelves still look in pretty good shape, a wash down and some fresh paint or varnish and they'd be good as new.

That green paint on the walls reminds me of my grammer school that was painted in that hideous color. Brings back memories of bullies and harassment and those were just the teachers!

Every time I see a photo like this I get a melancholy feeling. I love books and feel bad when I see them rotting away when they could be kept and read by someone who cares, like me!

I almost expect to see an armadillo crawling out from this. . .
