Gorgeous shot, Motts. I love the desolate-ness of the photo and how it seems to just channel that dead, decaying, late-November chill...I have no idea when this was taken, but this picture to me seems to embody the slow decay of fall. Love it.

Why would a TB hospital have mouth gags? They normally wouldn't do ECT on a TB pt. It was/is used for people with depression. Yes it is still in use today but in a much more humane way.
