u know... we got a "haunted" assylum by where i live in va... there were so many idiots that spray painted thier tag art on the walls n what not... n that is one thing that aint so hot... but to jack shit from the place... thats just low. hope its haunted and gets ur ass jacked up

I was at this abandoned school before, however I only went in as far as the foyer. It was too scary, and quiet. My friends swore they heard someone scream so we took off running. If I would have seen some of these pictures I probably would have never gone! There Freaky!

Does anyone get a creepy feeling that some of the clothes still take on the shapes of the pacients that used to fill them?

I was in there a couple months ago and there was still alot of stuff in there. I went thourgh the whole buliding and all the tunnels. Has anyone ever seen the homeless people that are suppost to be there and has anyone seen ghost.
ps your not aloud there there are big signs but you can park in the trees so no one sees your cars

i also had the pleasure of working with one of the patients in the class action lawsuit brought against pennhurst. talk about a wild ride that was. the ride wasnt so depressing as most of the patients now live in mini institutions called group homes, most people just do not hear about the abuse that still goes on with these patients, no i never worked at pennhurst, i worked in the group homes for 12 years, and most would be surprised. cannot answer alot of questions anyone may have but i will give a email here where someone can get ahold of me. wrkinonrn@aol.com, just put in pennhurst in subject and they will get the questions to me if i can answer them i will email you back.

Can you still get into the buildings? I haven't been there in over a year and someone told me you couldn't get on the property at all!! Is this true? Has anyone been there recently and what is left inside the buildings? Thanks
