:) I love looking at older homes even in this area I live it because they have so much character! I remember my grandma & grandpa's old house...it was big and full of nooks and crannies that a kid could explore, and it just had a homey feeling to it. Our house we live in now was built in the 1920's and it also has that "lived in, loved in" feeling...the previous owner (deceased) raised HER family here. :)
