I forgot to say that it was two weeks ago that I was in Bad Soden at the Heart Hospital.
I was in a German Heart Hospital (my stepfather is in the hospital recuperating after his heart surgery) in Bad Soden and was amazed at all the English medical books that were in the doctor's office. He didn't speak English even with all the books.

I can't believe how the sitting room has decayed and yet the viewing room looks well preserved. Creepy. :)

This whole place seems amazing! It's a shame I get a feeling that terrible things happened in that place, sort of takes away from enjoying it.

Well if this doesn't impact you, nothing will....I can't even imagine the fear many of those people felt leading up to their death...
Its facsinating to see that proceedures were lax compaired to now. Of course they did not have AIDS back then, but contagious illnesses were around...
Of course they also didn't realize how the aftermath could harm so many....like those who were racing to make the nuclear bomb....Its funny how people do things just to prove they can....
wow, that is a lot of history there...
