There are broken windows...but I don't see any graffiti yet. Its not all defaced. And I agree on the scroillwork!
Yeppers that craftmanship just does not exist anymore. Throw the plain boxy buildings up and let the gorgeous ones fall to pieces. Sad isn't it?
The lighting is perfect! Just a hint of green leaves peeking in.
The bright green against the weathered wood - awesome. You see beauty in things a lot of us would just "look" at. Love being able to see it through your eyes.
