A very bright, yellow room, which seems to be very high yet very narrow. At first I thought the mirror was a door and there was an actual person standing there.
What is that white thing draped at the far end near the Exit sign?
Wow, super narrow steep stairs. For one way traffic only??
I never knew that is what MICA meant - thanks Mr. Motts.
Well, very weird.
A wonderful surprise - a new gallery!! And a hospital too - one of my favourite topics, along with asylums. Thanks Mr. Motts!!

I just had a theory occur. That pattern of moisture rising lines on the right wall seems to resemble the pattern of the size of each daub of plaster as it was spread on the wall.
Wow, yeah, that is a great floor.
I kind of like this! I think it's a great way of making a point.

It's my opinion that the neglect and use of mind numbing drugs and assertive approach that treated adults like children actually made people go off. In such places very often these rooms meant for extreme last resort were used as punishment and just to abuse people because they could. An awful lot of the people who work in the services meant to help those whom are least able to help themselves attract scum just like child centered professions attract paedos.

There appears to be a window unit AC in the "room" on the left but that can't be an outside wall. Very strange.
Thanks flushed for the input. I guess it just unnerves me that they would lock someone in a room, dead bolted from the outside. I suppose if someone was really violent and dangerous then it would make sense. I must be "normal" because I don't think I would like it, however that normality may quickly fade and make me MORE violent if I had that in my nature.
Poor Ernie. . . he's so abused

I think we should just be grateful for what we get. I appreciate seeing the place my brother was in and out of for years for the first time finally.

freespirit76, that cage over the heater is enough to prevent burns though such cages do get uncomfortable to touch if the air is not moving around them.
