Just to let people know, i was the last person to get into this school. I used an old rusty ladder to get to the roof. when we were up there , it was crazzy.

By: Mike 1st floor were the Science class-rooms and band room. In mid-80's Bro. Jim Mara had us all raise small pets (snakes, Guinea Pigs, etc). There was a really old priest named Fr. Moskal (Earth Science) who would pour Mercury (highly toxic) out of a bottle and have us hold it in our hands. To demonstrate a circuit he had us all join hands with one person holding the gas valve on a lab table. He would then stick his own finger in an electrical outlet.

wHaT??!?! LOL!? Could you elaborate on this and any other similar anecdotes a little more? For some reason, (?) I just find this hysterical, erm, I don't know if I am supposed to be laughing at this or not, but I find it amusing.

I have a postcard from the 50s of the main school building, not this one, but I am traveling on the road currently.
