You have to wonder what took place to leave the left Ilium and Femur in nearly articulated position on top of the debris under which one assumes the rest of the remains still lay
Very interesting. I find old cemeteries & mausoleums to be fascinating. This, I think, is a little more 'informative' than the usual trip to gaze at tombs & gravestones. Thanks, Mr Motts!
To complete the couplet;

"If the Lord won't take you,
The Devil must!"
Hmmm. Why would you want a REAL skull in your house? Well, I guess it would be better than just a random.....jawbone sitting there on your coffee table smiling at you :-0...eeew. Anyway, I think people (and their..ummm...leftover parts) should be left buried.
This really was stellar Motts.
Sure isn't something you see everyday.
Lucie those people have no morality at all!
Is that ceiling brick?
It really angers me to think people feel they have the right to violate the remains of the deceased like this.
Ashes to ashes and dust to dust.
Life after people LL.
Old graves too. Wonder if there are even any living relatives still around.
So most of these tombs were emptied on purpose? I mean the remains were moved intentionally, not by grave robbers....good Lord I sound like Edith Bunker today.
People don't even have any respect for the dead. The stained glass was probably stunning when intact.
Wow this is different. Love it!
Ohhh, yer back!
Yes, how cool! Am so happy now. Thanks.
What a mess. Danger underfoot.
Promising indeed.
