I remember when i worked at frontier telephone(local tell company in rochester) some homeless ppl had started a fire down there and destroyed many fiber and copper lines.

actually some ppl do chose to be that way....by makeing a poor choice..lets say driveing drunk..they get into a accident and they end up that way...so it is incorrect when some ppl say they didnt chose to be that way. and you shoudlt get upset for the words other ppl use becuase u are going to find it everyware so its more mature to just get over it. and second it isnt really polite to complain in a public place intended for a differnt purpose other then speaking your thoughts about others choices in words.

Horrible? I think it's gorgeous! All they build nowdays is square-edged boxes, but the Northampton is pure art.

to Mark ~ Why would anyone want to deface such a hauntingly beautiful place with grafitti? Would you "tag" the Mona Lisa or the statue of David? Puzzling & sad.

One of the morgue drawers was filled with a red liquid, is that fake or real?

I agree, this place is a unique piece of art that should not be destroyed for the sake of creating yet another set of condos.

This is a beautiful photo, one of my favorites. But I can't believe anyone would deliberately destroy those curtains for the simple thrill of it.

The wall with insulation on the left seems out of place. Was it perhaps a leftover from one of the movies shot here?
