As you can see on the slabs it's open front and rear. On this side they would insert the cadaver from the lab where they did autopsy's etc. Then the funeral home would pick up the corpse on the other side, sort of a production procedure. The staff would recieve a tip for putting the body in the hearse. Then that persone flew away to the home for a face lift and a cosmetic makeover.

The lion head is to the left of window #1 midway down.
"Einstein" is near the top of panel between windows #1 and 2, beneath the "S" mark. Looking to the right, and down.
Snoopy's head is above the top between Windows 3 and 4 with a white area below much like an apron. He is facing left.
A dark charicature-like face is located to the rt. of window #4 at the level of the top pane in the square of, well, dark stuff! It is looking down into the room toward the left. Windows numbered left to rtight.

i really wonder who wrote that sign, that handwriting in itself is very erratic and kinda scarey. all the different slants indicate a very unstable person. neat.

I was actually in this room during a tour . Doug is correct, this is the actual room where Lobotomies were performed. Very small room. Some bad Karma in this room!!!!!!!! If only the walls could speak!

Buck is a very cool old-school, long-haired, bearded Metalhead bass player who knows Byberry like the back of his hand. Big hulking, dangerous, but friendly dude.
