Once a place like this closes, nature takes over.

All it takes is a couple of broken windows/other openings (eg, collapsed ceiling/wall), and plant life starts creeping in.

At the same time, water penentrates through roofs and ceilings, and mold begins to develop (not to mention rot!).

Any dust in the place after the closure will begin to settle, and build up. over time, bits of ceilings will come down as well.

I would have to agree wiht Nurse, beeing a nurse myself I would be alittle weiry going into this place, but com'on, give Motts and his crew alittle credit, they probably take every precaution there is to be safe!!

I am truley impressed with this photo, and saw what Kevin Douglas had to say, and I am glad to see you stand up for your work .You truly are gifted at photography and it shows in each photo that you post. Please, PLEASE,Please keep posting these wonderful pictures!!!

No one should be in any area of building 93. This was the TB pt area and the bacteria may and could be amoung the so called molds! Even though many precautions are used to prevent the spread of bacteria, human transmission and stupidity is the best host.
