that light fixture is no longer there
within the past 2 months someone came along and took it
it was there....i'd say the end of march/beginning of april and now its gone
so keep your eyes on ebay to find the culprit

I can see where Lynne is coming from--this was probably put on the wall of a childrens ward (or a low mental level adult ward) to make it seem more cheerful for the patients with the bright colors and all.
Still, it does look sort of creepy doesn't it?
