Well it works both ways. You are given the opportunity to say what you experienced. Some of us who work/worked in the MH/MR field also experienced things and often not what most people want to hear. The problem I have with certain comments, and I think Lynn agrees is people tend to imagine what things were/are like, not necessarily how they actually are. And since the workers are usually the targets of some posters, naturally we're going to try to give you a different perspective. Whether you choose to accept it is your choice.

Ed, security here is somewhat lax. There is one cop car at the main gate. There is a backdrive way with no security that i've seen. I have yet to see any patrols.

The redevelopment plan is for condominiums, as well as a small amount of retail space. The recreation center issue has yet to be decided. Some say it should be here, others say it should be at a nearby abandoned gum factory.

No, it's being gutted and renovated into condos. I don't know how much they are preserving though. Please be aware that it is now an active construction site.

Candace had this old dress laying around, I think it was a hand-me-down... I modified it to look shredded up and dirty.
