I was petrified when the doctor wanted to use ECT on me since i had a distant relative who had it done when i was young and she lost the power of speach for about 6 months,had muscle spasms and has short term memory problems even today years later.

I am thinking that maybe one person drew the person...maybe themself or a staff member. and then maybe a second person added the rabbit ears to an existing drawing. or maybe the same person added the ears but I think they were added after the figure was drawn.

I went to nursing school at Pilgrim State in the 60's. So strange to see your pix. Lived there for 3 years (as a student !!!)and nothing strange happened as far as I remember. Love the pictures you have. Do you know the date of the library picture? Sure looks like the time I was there. I guess we all did look the same then!!

Not a basement, but it looked like a kitchen, laundry, or maintenance area where patients might not be able access.

I visited in August 2006; there didn't seem to be much construction going on then... is it all gone now?
