Its a crime that they left these buildings rot, just a while ago, they destroyed near my hometown beautiful old buildings, and built there more grey and dull boxes . :,( I know that keepin those are expesive, but wouldent it be worth it?

I dont think either that police would guard those places, imagine that you were police officer, how frustrated you would get if you had to guard an empty hospital.. But my friends mother called the police when she heard noises from empty dairy, threre are lots of teens sometimes partying in there. Every place is torn apart by them. Can everyone explain that why in almost every abandoned buildings have arrows painted on several places?

So walmart had the kahutzfa to not only tear down a beautifull old historic building but to top it off they built one of their crappy arse stores ontop of a grave yard? The nearve of them!

i don't know if this is true or not but weren't the patients here tourtured? i only know a little bit about this place from my friend and she mentioned something about that.

I will say what some might not want to say maybe the X is what they what tohave removed durning the renovations. I know it's a horrable thought but the building will still be there but some pieces will be gone.

this dosn't look all that great of beautiful i'm not talking about the war it looks like now. but it dosn't have the elabrate staircase or wood work etc. that you see in the other picture that we have seen.

When I saw the picture all I could saw is WOW HOLY SH@T D$M that is beatiful after reading the other posts it almost brings me to tears I can feel them in my chest coming up. Most Staff at the hospitals try to provide the best care and help them to celebrate the holidays even though the patients don't get to go home they decorate and have patients make craft to make it feel more like christmas. sorry to rant.

i love this picture it is so beautiful I wonder what it looked like when it was new. A bright place for a gloomy disorder I'm glad that they are reuseing the building.
