I only got up to the 5th floor. Oh by the way, You know those carts you are restoring, in the REA building there is a big yellow machine that took those carts around. To find it, you will have to go near the end of the building. If you look at the building straight ahead, walk left and there would be a open gauge with the machine inside.
Maybe you can restore it someday. I'm thinking about restoring it. If you are confused where it is, I will take you to see it.
