it looks as if someone is standing at the far end of the corridor. Motts who is the person standing over there? is it a friend of you, or yourself?

It almost has the look of a modern day hotel.

Why is it that all of these wall murals are so LAME ? ! ? ! ? !

All of these wall murals in all of these government run institutions look like they were painted by some Junior High School kid who did not any sort of proper and formal training in the arts at all.

There are no lines, no depth, no scale, no imagination and above all no classic beauty.

These pathetic paintings and the horrid bathrooms are just two of a long string of terrible injustices of which were inflicted upon these poor people.

I was 15 and got polio and was in an iron lung at night. I had leg braces and wore them in the lung. They kept my legs straight and prevented distortions. After a year I was weaned from the lung.

i love this pic. :))) it reminds me that when i was a child i learnd to play organ and i used to play on similar organs like this one.

abandoned facilities with tragic histories are the stuff that ghost stories are made of and this wonderful site is the place where they all come together, the urban explorers, the fans of nice pictures and the ghost hunters and this site is the bonanza to them all. so who would wonder about what people are searching for in all this marvelous pics. and who would condemn what they find. :-)

and about whats real and whats unreal there can only be one answer: "nobody knows!"
