The name plate says Thomson Ammeter. The maximum amperes red line at 340 on the 600 amp scale. Too bad we cant read the bottom plates. Probably a gauge for each of the three phases.

Notice the tile floor. Most of these old complexes had great tile floors that obviously last for as long as is necessary before being abandoned.
