"Hush little baby, don't say a word.."
"Awww...mom, can you sing the whole song tonight?"
"I SAID--DON"T say a word! Now go to bed. Geesh, I need another drink."

Where did that come from? I heard it all upon viewing this picture.

If you look at the bed's topper, you can almost see the outline and depressions of the human body impression that must have slept there night after night, enough to leave its mark.

Middle of the night. Sitting in the dark, door mostly closed so as to not wake anyone. Suddenly, your significant other/kid comes rushing into the bathroom needing something, swinging that door WIDE open and bam--broken nose while pooping.

Hmmm...a different rendition of shock therapy. One session and you're cured. Frees up space/rooms in a jiffy and patients don't have to endure a long costly stay. Really more of a "self-help" therapy, but one that could be shared with others. No need for a prescription and dosing is minimal. Now, side effects could be something to consider...buuuuut...once the therapy is complete, no patient seems to show any signs of objection/rejection. Commendable hospital. Good for you, thinking outside the box. Most hospitals spend years trying to help patients...this one lets the patients help themselves. Sometimes self-medicating IS the answer.

Just once, I wish to see walls of an institution painted all the same color...no more ugly split-color decor painting. Who's idea was that to begin with, so much that it seems to simply spread rampantly? And who chooses the height at which the color separates? Why not have the walls be one color and maybe the bottom 2 or upper 2 feet painted the contrast color? I dunno...rantalot...
