The trench is for railroad cars.It was a door level loading dock.It was used in the days before multi-level auto rack rail cars,to load set-up automobiles into Box cars.

The light at the end of the tunnel or erm.. hallway.

They are LD-465 Series Multi-Fuel Engines for use in the M35 series 2 1/2 Ton 6X6 Truck....They were mainly run on Diesel Fuel, but they could be run on other fuels including Gas....

I work not too far from this old Drive in. Theres a similar one in Burrville, CT as well. You can still see the sign and the screen. Its not too overgrown either.

I REMEBER THAT TYPE OF CHAIR BUT IT WAS A LIGHT BROWN AND I USED TO SIT ON THAT KIND OF CHAIR WHEN I WAS IN SCHOOL BUT IF YOU LOOK AT THOSE KIND OF CHAIRS ARE PRACTICALLY ANTIQUES YOU CANNOT FIND THEM NOT EVEN THE WANT ADS

I REMEMBER THAT TYPE OF SINK MY GRANDMA HAD ONE IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM WHERE SHE COULD PRESOAK CLOTHING THAT WAS HEAVILY SOILED BEFORE IT WAS WASHED IT SURE CAME IN HANDY TOO.

I WAS IN A STATE HOSPITAL FOR TWO AND A HALF YEARS AND I FELT ALONE BUT I HAD TWO RED CROSS MASTERS THAT LOVED ME AND TAUGHT ME THE LESSONS THAT I STILL CARRY WITH ME TO THIS DAY I HOPE I HEAR FROM SOME OTHERS THAT WERE IN THERE THE SAME TIME I WAS.

This is not a sub chaser, this is an ex Navy ATR , a rescue tug, there were three in the yard. The sub chaser was in front of this closer to shore. I have been on both of them. Trust me!

Sorry Nicholai, it is a Navy tug, I removed the engine order telegraph from it many years ago. It is next to the old fireboat Hewitt, its a Navy tug. Try to find a photo of a Navy sea going tug they are quite big.
