this would be true series bell relay panel usually a 100-300volt DC system with 24vlt initiating loops. most of these panels were 6-24 zone panels with big red box's and large display panels with 12vlt light bulbs in them. But can tell you if there is no electricity then the alarm is not working. Batteries would have supplied 1 maybe 2 days max.

Eh, I've seen stuff like this before in old abandoned buildings. Blood, obviously fake splattered around in odd areas. I think it's probably set up by people who just wanna scare you. All that aside, it's still an incredible picture. Just look at that bed. Is this in a regular hospital, or an asylum?
