Very nice analogy, I like it...

I don't know much about the physics of it, but feel that when the sun is so low in the sky, the light turns orange, red, and sometimes violet, creating a totally different atmosphere than what we are used to the other 22 hours of day or night. Everything is illuminated at a vastly different angle as well, accenting features that are often cast in shadow.

For me, nothing beats this event inside an abandoned place - the light is weak enough to emit a soft, colorful glow inside the dark corridors... I feel like I should be sprinting from room to room to try and capture what little I can in that 45 minutes of bliss.

I sure hope that was paint!! (was it paint?)

I don't suppose the broom sees much work these days..... ;-/

The tiles on the floor are pretty interesting.

I really like these kinds of windows with the diamond shape. I particularly like the pale colors of the glass.

Overall, it looks very clean and dry.

The morgue is in the Reville Building, building 41. Its the building above... It is in the basement... Can't miss is.

This had to be a surreal experience. Plastic flowers that grow with no sunshine....
