In any case, cass, "y" would anyone in your "fam" be going to an abandoned chapel, anyway? You said it yourself, it "used to be a chapel." Which means it isn't anymore. Apparently God, and everyone else, has left the building.

Which means the rudeness stems from the vandalism of an urban ruin, not necessarily the placement of said graffiti within the ruin. It wouldn't matter if they'd painted this phrase in the bathroom, it'd still be rude.

Hmm... I would estimate the rectangular gate in the foreground being about 5-6 feet tall.

They were open. Most of these places have open doors (if they don't close automatically); I would guess due to personnel checking that every room has been emptied properly and/or explorers checking out all the rooms.

We used to bring wax paper and sit on it going down the giant slide. We would go so fast you would ride up high on the sides and almost out of the slide. I remember looking over the edge at the water one time and thinking "here i go" i also remember getting off the slide and instictively going left to get back on, but the tunnel up was on the right and i nearly went in the water.

I like that old-fashioned street lamp out front. It ought to be salvaged. The architecture of those old institutions was apparently meant to intimidate people.
