I used to live in US Army housing in Germany and these buidlings looks almost exactly the same. The stairwells and everything. I am pretty sure the buildings were built by the 3rd Reich, so that would explain. Nice gallery!

Baltic is cold, that's true. But it is still beautiful. Tourist centers are ugly, and the beaches are loud and messy there, but the wilder part of the coast is really nice. Slowinski National Park, for example.

This room has the appearance of a most elegant 18th/19th century ballroom, it's spectacular.

Yeah, while we were taking pictures like two weeks ago, we found something odd on the ground in there, and when we went over the pictures, it was a bloody organ of some kind. That's horrible.

Pat- It is refeshing to know that a large part of this schiool still lingers in your soul with fire and fury, never let it go. I have viewed the photos, and could not stop looking and wandering about the lives this school has touched. I too love old buildings. I was born and raised in Kansas. I am fixated with old ghost towns, and schools in the area. I am currently painting the old Liberal high school which opened in 1921 and closed in 1982. Many of my friends attended school there, so I am giving them a gift by painting this building as a reminder of the good times.
The Bennett school for girls is truly beautiful, I wish that it could be restored. I would certainly donate.

Oh, poor kitty. I hope that if some d bag did that to that poor creature, they rot in hell. I really love my cats, and that just really hurts me.
