Oh Lord how beautiful!!

So odd to see no graffiti, the alter isn't tipped over and the stained glass is intact. What a rare find! Are they preserving the chapel or is it slated for demolition?

That's an impressive amount of damage... that almost looks like a crash test car. I wonder how many people were killed in all these cars...

This would make for a very interesting art project or movie set. Or something of the like. The dust is very out of the ordinary for relatively new cars.

Absolutely, it's a conveyor track, and the reason for the angles is to keep the crushed coal in the center of the track and minimize cleanup and lost product.

As always, Motts, you can take the most mundane part of a derelict operation and breathe new live into it.

lol yeah it was ;the mangler. i remember watching it when i was like 13 yrs old im now 25. crazy throw back, no1 remembers really .lol. thats great. pa. the mountains and all the abondonded coal plants i remember on my trips growing up,starring up into the ruins and wanting to be inside rather than on the way to visit my nanny. i was wondering when motts was gonna start hitting up the coal town state. I love how it all comes together, beautiful.
