6 or 7 years ago, THIS look was being asked for as Crackling. Some paint stores still sell the paint and instructions on how to to do to your walls. Just let your place go and wait 20 years and you can have it for free! haha! :D

Following standard hospital document retention policies, all old paperwork was stuffed into an abandoned room so it could be rifled through and lit on fire decades later.....hahaha! Truth!
