Go to lat 32.3474 lon -88.6973. It look like Royal had numerous things going on there to try and provide some fun for everyone. Ok, so maybe the roller coaster cars flew off the track every now and then. Clean the bodies up, put the cars back on the track, and it's all set for the next load. Be ready to dodge flying children being slung off the spinning rides, etc.. It's all part of the fun and excitement! It was the good old days. People would get maimed and crippled on defective carnival rides, and they LIKED it. Theeeeey LOVED it!

The stonework on this building is quite impressive. Very well laid rough stone, and a huge amount of it. Lots of workers worked very hard to build that. Amazing how little value is placed on such structures.

Maybe the morgue tunnel?

That's a LOT of rebar, there, in any case. They didn't want anyone using that tunnel. Wonder if it was structurally unsound or something.
Rekrats & nvusofmotts: I never went back. Once was enough for me. But I also found the value of education--that in itself kept me far enough away from the authorities. So, in some cases, rehabilitation *can* work.
@coco

Yes. But this is just one block of cells. There are probably more in tiers.
Reminds me of Preston School of Industry (PSoI) in California. A small part of my mis-spent youth passed in that place.
