A couple of years on and the renovations still haven't started the security guards remain on site but after on going arson attracts the building looks in a sorry state, this particular corridor is now black with smoke damage and all these bits of rubble etc are gone its a sorry site

Fabulous pictures most enjoyable to reminess with the past makes you wonder if in the future a boat you've traveld on will wind up in a place like this,hopefully without us onboard.

Unbelievable that this site exists...ive spent years trying to find out what this place was called. I hjave lots of memories of nights spent in this house with friends after a night clubbing in the town back in 1984/85. A real spooky place with even more spookier goings on duriing the nights.

On the left hand side of the building there is an old mortuary where a seance was held once....strangest experience of my life!!!!

Here are more food facts according to me:


1) Toddlers in my household always come downstairs after going to the bathroom butt-naked after eating pizza (it only happened twice, but idk if it's gonna happen again)

2) People in my household always eat Bánh xèo (A type of crepe made out of rice flour with tumeric, shrimps with shells on, slivers of fatty pork, sliced onions, and sometimes button mushrooms, fried in one or two teaspoons of oil, usually coconut oil, which is the most popular oil used in Vietnam.) whenever there's a baby around. (It happened 4x, once when I was a toddler, but I ate it, and once each for my 7,9, and 2 year old cousins)I have a baby cousin, so it MIGHT happen again.

3) I always associate my cousin's pants falling down whenever I see Thit Bo Kho (Beef Stew) because once I was eating it and my cousin was at my house and then her pants fell down in front of my face suddenly. It was SO FUNNY. (It happened last year back when she was still in diapers)

I work in a hosital in Canada. To this day, we still provide alcohol for pateints. If someone is a sevre alcoholic, to prevent withdrawl they will be given small amounts under a Dr.s persciption.

Agreed...I always think of the poor bastard whos job it was to mop the floors everynight, take out the trash, fix burned out lights...etc etc....I wonder what they would say if they saw "their" buildings now. They're probably rolling in their graves.
