Reminds me of a local theater here. It is over 100 years old, has survived two serious earthquakes and is still in the center of town. It has changed the top of the building from a hotel to box seats and dressing rooms. Through all of this work they have managed to keep the metal seat frames (similar to these) yet make them completely comfortable and padded.

it's really beautiful, and it's so sad that it's falling into such a bad state.
if anyone is interested, the non-profit group save henryton has been trying to purchase the property for a while so they can restore and preserve it, but they haven't been able to.
